Built to assist the inspector, not replace one
Inspector Gadgets helps with research, organization, photo handling, and paperwork. It does not perform the physical inspection, make the final determination, or sign the report. Those responsibilities stay with the qualified inspector.
Scanned values, imported records, suggested fields, photos, and generated form entries remain subject to inspector review. Readiness checks identify missing or unresolved work before final export.
Property and permit information depends on the records available for the address and jurisdiction. Inspector Gadgets keeps source links with the job so the inspector can verify the information before using it.
When account sync is enabled, job information is stored with the Inspector Gadgets account so it can be reopened on supported devices. The app may also keep working data on the device and can support selected Google Drive backup or sharing workflows.
Supported scans and photo tools can help organize information or suggest values for review. Availability depends on the configured service and the image quality. The inspector confirms what is correct and decides what belongs in the report.
The product prepares the form templates configured in the app. The inspector is responsible for confirming the form and edition required by the carrier, program, client, and assignment, then reviewing and signing the final document.

The inspector signs
Inspector Gadgets supports research, organization, OCR, drafting, and document preparation. It does not perform the inspection, determine insurance eligibility, replace professional judgment, or sign on behalf of the inspector.
