Rev. 04/26 — the form changed this year

Every wind mit on or after April 1, 2026 uses the new 1802.

Florida revised the Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection form to OIR-B1-1802 Rev. 04/26 — with more documentation to support each answer, including performance-based roof-to-wall attachment options. The new form asks for more, and the kitchen-table problem didn't go anywhere.
